The Bob Turner Jazz Octet is
one of the best dance bands in the Memphis Area. We offer dance music for all occassions including weddings, ballroom
dancing, private parties and any special events. Our band is an Octet consisting of a Vocalist, Alto Saxophone, Tenor
Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Piano, Bass and Drums with special arrangements written just for our band. We have two vocalists. One has a great county/rock voice and the other can really belt out the swing and standard
charts. The combination of the two vocalists allows us to play a wide variety of styles of music which makes
our band unique.

We pride ourselves on being able to play many different types of music including
Rock, Swing, Funk, Cha Cha, Rumba, Tango, Mambo, Samba, Merengue, Bolero, Hustle, Fox Trot, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing,
and Waltz. And we will work closely with you to help you to create the atmosphere that you require for your event.
We can also create special music for your event so that if you have a special request, we will do everything we can to accommodate
your needs.
